Castarede Armagnac XO

An XO must be at least 6 years, Armagnac Castarède XO is aged minimum 20 years
in oak wood barrels.
According to USC judging Chaiman Paul Pacukt’s notes :
“Compelling scents of cigar tobacco, dried herbs, dried flowers and toffee
impressions ; flavours include oak, dates, prunes and the beginnings of earthy/hard
cheese rancio.”
